Domiciliary/Home care

Our home care services, also known as domiciliary care, are designed to provide you with the support you need right in the comfort of your own home. We understand that everyone has different needs, so we personalize our care to fit you perfectly. Together, we’ll create a plan that suits your unique requirements, giving you the control over your care. Whether you need help with chores, personal care, or running errands, we’ve got you covered. Don’t hesitate to take charge of your care.

Live -in – care

At Impressions Care Solutions, we know how important it is to have care that fits your needs and lets you stay in your own home where you feel comfortable.

We aim to give you great care that helps you live life your way, with respect, comfort, and peace of mind. We work hard to build strong bonds with our clients, making sure there’s trust, open communication, and a supportive atmosphere where you feel valued and understood.

Our Live-in Care service is all about making sure you feel well, independent, and happy. We want to make a positive impact on your life because we believe everyone should enjoy life to the fullest, no matter their age, abilities, or situation.

Night care

Night Care is an important service we offer at Impressions Care Solutions. Our dedicated team works all through the night to make sure our clients feel supported and cared for no matter what time it is.

Sleeping Night

During a Sleeping Night, a care assistant stays at your place for at least eight hours while you sleep. They’re there if you need them, which can help ease worries and improve sleep. Having someone there can make a big difference in keeping you healthy and happy. If you need help more than twice during the night, it’s considered a Waking Night.

Waking Night

With a Waking Night, a care professional is awake and ready to help you all night long. This is the best choice if you or your loved one wake up often, maybe feeling confused or needing to use the bathroom. It’s also good if you need regular help during the night, like changing positions due to an injury or taking medication. The care professional is there whenever you need them, offering expert support throughout the night.

Companionship

As we get older, it can be harder to stay connected with others. Busy schedules or health issues can make it tough to spend time with friends and family, which can lead to feeling lonely, sad, or stressed.

That’s where companion care comes in. It’s a type of home care where a caring assistant provides support and friendship right in your own home. They can help with things like going to social events, doing chores, or just chatting over a cup of tea.

Companion care is really important for older adults because it helps reduce feelings of anxiety and loneliness, making life better overall.

Our companion services are super popular because we help with all sorts of things, like:

  • Keeping you company and having a chat
  • Planning fun outings and visits
  • Cooking and sharing meals together
  • Going grocery shopping with you
  • Helping out around the house with cleaning and laundry
  • Taking you to appointments
  • Doing activities you enjoy

End of life care

Impressions Care Solutions offers dignified and personalized end-of-life care services, allowing individuals to spend their final days in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by loved ones.

The care team works closely with clients, health professionals, and families to develop tailored care plans that prioritize individual needs and preferences. End-of-life care focuses on relieving symptoms and maintaining comfort, with a commitment to open and sensitive communication throughout the process.

Services are designed to support individuals with terminal illnesses and can be provided for varying durations, depending on the individual’s needs. Whether it’s providing relief from symptoms, managing pain, or offering emotional support, Impressions Care Solutions aims to improve the quality of life for individuals approaching the end of life.

Additionally, our care assistants offer emotional support to address worries and concerns. Our experienced team is equipped to support individuals across all age groups and severity levels, helping them to stay well and engage in reablement activities to maximize their potential for improvement and lead fulfilling lives.
