Our teams are trained to support recovery, stability and long-term rehabilitation in a safe home environment.

We support ABI clients with:

  • Cognitive and behavioural rehabilitation
  • Emotional regulation and anxiety management
  • PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) approaches
  • Community re-integration
  • Memory support and daily living routines
  • Occupational and communication strategies (with MDT guidance)

Our goal:

To help each person re-learn, rebuild and regain as much independence as possible.



Clinical Tasks We Support

Our staff undergo comprehensive clinical training delivered by our in-house clinical team and external NHS-approved trainers.

We provide care for:

  • Tracheostomy care & changes
  • Ventilation management
  • Airway suctioning
  • PEG / PEJ / NG feeding
  • Complex medication regimes
  • Seizure management
  • Diabetes management (including insulin)
  • Spinal injury care
  • End-of-life support
  • Infection control management
  • Safeguarding of adults and children

Every package is nurse-led and tailored to the person’s needs.
